I don’t want to waste eyeliner that’s been broken off the pencil?

I have those twisting eyeliner – the thing is, my sister was playing with it and twisted the whole thing out and broke it into pieces. I don’t want to waste it – So I kept the broken pieces. Is there anyway I can use it? Like make it into a cream eyeliner or something?
